Andres Garcia
Assistant Job Captain | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Andres graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in environmental studies. Andres has been with ENV since 2017 as an Architectural Designer working on commercial, residential, and academic projects. He plans to continue his path to licensure through the NCARB Architectural Registration Exam in the coming years.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with friends and family.

Carmela Tripodi
Assistant Project Manager | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Carmela graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) with a Bachelor’s of Architecture and has been a part of the ENV office since 2007.  As part of the team, Carmela plays an integral role in the design and execution of multiple projects.

She exhibits an enthusiasm for the architectural and design process, which is reflective in both her professional and personal life.

Carmela has been involved in a variety of project categories stemming from hospitality to academic to workplace solutions and more. She has the ability to envision design solutions that both suit and compliment the needs of the project, which she achieves through a balance of creative and practical methods.

In her free time, Carmela loves to plan new adventures and travel with the hopes of fulfilling her bucket list of visiting each continent.  “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.”- Susan Sontag

Charles Koch
Vice President | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Charles Koch graduated New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1986 where he earned a bachelor in Architecture and design. Over the course of his career as an architect, Charles has worked his way up to a principal. In 2009 he became a Principal at ENV in New Jersey where he specializes in the design of educational facilities at the primary, secondary and university levels.

Prior to starting ENV, Charles was a principal at a large international AE firm where he headed the K12 studio and Vice President of Seyffer and Koch Architectural Group. He has served as a visiting critic at NJIT and is a former Board Member for the Westwood Regional School District where he served as Vice President and chaired the Building and Grounds Committee for almost 20 years.

As a licensed architect, professional planner and interior designer, Charles has over 30 years of experience in the rehabilitation of existing facilities and new structures.

He has worked closely with schools, universities and corporate clients completing projects ranging from simple infrastructure repairs to Master Plans. Including an 1100 bed Residential Life Complex for William Paterson University, a new school of business at Montclair State University and a new school of nursing at The College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York.

As board architect, he has developed both yearly and long range facilities plans for school districts in the tri state area. Charles Koch has extensive experience in working with various state agencies throughout the New York metropolitan area and has presented to the New Jersey School Boards Association on legal and technology initiatives.

In his free time Charlie is an avid fan of long distance running and cycling. On the weekends he spends his time working on the family beach house and co-running a public garden railway (LBI Railway) with his son.

Daniel Grant
Executive Director | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Daniel Grant attended Montclair State University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Finance & Operations. Throughout his professional career, Daniel has worked in a number of fields including higher education and the hospitality industry all relating to brand, operation and company growth.

As the Executive Director, Daniel works in collaboration with the leadership team to guide regional growth and manage new and existing client relationships. This includes strategic partnership alignment, brand strategy, community outreach and oversight of marketing initiatives in conjunction with all ENV’s other offices.

In his free time, Daniel can usually be found outside with his wife and dog Brodie either on the water fishing, boating, relaxing on the lake or out hiking.

Daniel "Sas" Badurina
Project Manager | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Dan has 20 years of architectural experience and 15 years of construction management/administration experience.  He received his architectural degree from Columbia University where he was a 2 year Robert Kraft Scholarship recipient and a 4year letterman for the varsity football team.  As a member of the 1996 team, the team was inducted into Columbia University’s Hall of Fame in 2014.

After graduating, he started his career with a firm that specialized in obtaining approvals on zoning variances, single family homes, and small commercial with construction management services.
He later joined a NJ firm where he worked on hi-end single family residential homes, additions, small commercial builds and fitouts. He gained valuable architectural and construction administration experience on K-12 projects at another NJ firm which was his last stop prior to joining ENV and becoming a team member of the hospitality division.
In his spare time he enjoys spending it with his family, reading on all subjects, joining design competitions, volunteering his thanksgiving morning with the Patterson Athletic League and helping on a yearly haunted house for different charity causes started 8 years ago by his brother.

David Pineiro
Project Manager | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

David offers over 22 years of experience in the field of Interior Design. He is a graduate of The New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. David brings to each client hands on involvement for their project and the ability to respond in a timely and comprehensive fashion.

Deasy Campione
Director of Interiors | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Deasy Campione originally from Texas, joined the ENV team in 2006 after graduating from the University of Alabama. Deasy played softball for UA, in which she led her team to the Women’s College World Series twice.

Taking her leadership skills and teamwork attitude with her, she was quickly able to work her way up to becoming the Director of Interiors for the NJ Office. Deasy has worked on numerous projects under all disciplines (academic, retail, food & beverage, and commercial).

In 2015, Deasy led her team to win an AIA award for the Newark Airport Terminal A & B food court design renovation “Liberty Terrace”, which made her motto “Multiple minds make great design” a reality.

Gus Arnone
Associate Principal | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Gus is a project manager responsible for conducting schematic design, design development, contract documents, construction administration, construction management, site observations, client/ contractor meetings, shop drawings review, contractor invoice review and change order review and preparation.

Gus has extensive experience in the renovation and rehabilitation of existing facilities as well as retrofitting existing core and shell space for various private and institutional clients. He was the construction manager for a $26 million school project, where he helped schedule and coordinate design and construction.

In addition he has extensive experience in office fit out and design having served as the project manager for the Corporate Headquarters for Stryker.

Hans P. Erdenberger
President | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Hans has been a licensed architect since 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey School of Architecture at New Jersey Institute of Technology where he is currently a member of the Deans Executive Council and has served on several mentorship committees as well as being a visiting design critic. Hans is also a certified member of the National Council of Architectural Review Board.

Hans started his career in the construction industry before joining a medium sized architectural group in North Jersey where he quickly rose to the position of Vice President. He later joined a large international AE firm as Principal before starting his own firm in the fall of 2009.

Throughout his professional career, Hans has compiled an impressive portfolio of work in the academic, commercial, hospitality, retail and residential practice areas. His projects range from renovation projects of all sizes to major new developments.

Jennifer Masotti
Project Manager | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2010. She received her Master of Architecture degree from City College of New York in 2011, where she taught Architectural History & Theory to prospective students.

Her previous working experience in high-end residential architecture, consulting engineering, and urban design firms provide her with the ability to understand and coordinate the many facets of a project as it comes together.

Joseph Siegel
Principal | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Joseph Siegel has more than forty years of experience in architecture and interior design projects involving over 20 million square feet of commercial space and buildings in excess of $750,000,000 in construction costs. During this time he has specialized in projects including; the design of new facilities, interior design and fit-out, rehabilitation and conversion of existing buildings, panning and feasibility studies, programming, operational analysis and project management.

Mr. Siegel has a proven track record with clients and builders in bringing projects from conceptualization through construction drawings to final tenant occupancy. Among his many skills is his proven history of establishing complete budgets, bringing the projects in within the projected cost estimates and completing them on or before the scheduled completion date, accommodating the individual client’s requirements.

Although, best known for his work on large projects with some of the most prestigious corporate clients in the country. Mr. Siegel’s experience also includes work on projects of limited scope, which are handled with the same dedication to detail and professionalism. This approach has brought many clients back with new projects over the years.

As the driving force behind Design Collaborative Architecture and Planning, Joseph Siegel has honed a team of talented architects and design professionals who adapt seamlessly to provide quality architectural and design services for a range of client requirements. Julia Monaco

Julia has been interning at ENV since the fall of 2013, and is currently working towards her B.Arch at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).  Julia is also a part of NJIT’s improv comedy troupe, and performs in monthly shows on campus.

Lucas Koch
Architectural Designer | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Lucas graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in environmental studies and sustainability. At school Lucas was a student in the Albert Dorman Honors College which helped him further develop his educational goals by pushing him to excel in various levels of school work.

Lucas has been with ENV since 2011 as an intern and recently joined full time in May 2017 as an Architectural Designer working on academic, residential, and commercial projects. He plans to begin studying for the Architectural Registration Exam in the near future with continued plans to become LEED and Passive House Certified.

In his spare time he enjoys operating and maintaining a public garden railway (LBI Railway) and working on his Dodge Challenger.

Marcel Jaloveckas
Senior Job Captain | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Marcel has a five-year degree in Architecture from the City College of New York. Marcel has experience in a variety of projects from large scale to small scale. Marco Erdenberger

Maria Pereira
Associate Principal | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Maria holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and has over 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and renovation of educational, religious, and municipal facilities.

Maria has experience in the rehabilitation of existing facilities, including historic educational, municipal and religious buildings. She has extensive experience in surveying of existing conditions as well as conducting conditions assessment surveys.

At ENV, Maria has been responsible for compiling Conditions Assessment Reports, project planning and implementing the corresponding renovation and rehabilitation facility upgrades and new construction projects from design through construction.

Mark Giessen
Associate Principal | Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Mark holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and offers more than 13 years of experience. At ENV, Mark is responsible for project management, client contact, design, document coordination and construction administration.

He has been involved in a variety of projects in the academic, hospitality, retail, residential and municipal sectors. Mark is instrumental in the company’s sustainability efforts, having led the project teams for numerous LEED projects including NY Foundling- Mott Haven Charter School and the Delaware Travel Plaza.

Maryana Sverdlova

Maryana has over 30 years of Accounting and Financial Management experience. She holds degrees in Economics and Accounting from Odessa’s University of National Economy in Ukraine.
