Michael has over 25 years of experience managing many large commercial interiors projects for major clients including AT&T, Bank of New York, Related Properties Corporation and the New York Power Authority.

Michael has extensive knowledge of the Building Codes for the tri-state area along with all accessibility requirements including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), The Fair Housing Act and ICC/ANSI. Michael has done Third Party Building Code/Life Safety and Accessibility Compliance reviews for many major residential developers including AvalonBay Communities, Inc., Eakin/Youngentob Associates and Marriott.

Paul Suwada is a project coordinator in charge of administrating and keeping track of all projects old and new. He received his Bachelors in Business Management and Administration from Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.

Born in Queens and raised in Brooklyn, Paul found himself exposed to various cultures throughout life, and a desire to fit in amidst their differences. Quickly becoming an adept in the fields of psychology and philosophy, Paul took his passions and sought a career that allowed him to practice his humanities.

In his spare time, Paul’s competitive and creative spirits take over as he dabbles in the arts, sports, video games and the written word. He enjoys spending his time with friends or strangers so long as they challenge his ways of thinking, or spark intellectual dialogue. He believes “Life is growth, and stagnation death”, and as such our thirst should never end.

Stephen joined ENV in the fall of 2014 and has over 30 plus years of experience working in the profession. Currently he is performing as Assistant Job Captain, producing contract documents for bidding and construction. Stephen is responsible for the production of contract documents, construction details, consultant coordination, shop drawing review and coordination.

Victoria holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Economics from Penn State University and Purdue University, respectively. She has a background in the legal field and the health and fitness industry. Joining the ENV team in 2018, she is excited to be a part of the world of architecture and interior design.

On a day-to-day basis, Victoria oversees the office as a whole, including answering phones, maintaining the office, scheduling lunch and learns, and assisting the Principals and marketing team as needed.

Victoria is an avid traveler and has visited over half of the United States and countless countries, always planning her next adventure. When she isn’t traveling, Victoria enjoys spending time with her friends, lifting at the gym, reading, and hiking.
