Brenda Paganelli
Controller | Los Angeles, CA

While Brenda Paganelli has never lived anywhere but in Los Angeles, she does like to travel. Although she’s far from done exploring the world, to date her favorite island is Cozumel, and her favorite city is Prague. The most influential person in her life is her mother and, now that Brenda’s a mother too, she finds that their relationship is closer than ever.

Brenda keeps busy on her time off with family hikes along the Santa Monica mountains, yoga and gardening. When it comes to food, her favorite types of cuisine are Japanese and French. For dessert? How about profiteroles stuffed with vanilla ice cream & chocolate sauce! If Brenda weren’t working in design, she would have liked to have a career as an art historian.

Fortunately, she’s very satisfied with the vast opportunities and benefits at ENV like staying in the forefront of technology, ongoing training, workplace volunteer activities, pet friendly, and unquestionably the best parties with lots of cake throughout the year.

Francis Wong
Production/CAD Manager | Los Angeles, CA

Growing up in fast-paced Hong Kong, Francis Wong started his architectural career at one of the most prestigious architectural firms there – Eric Cumine Associates. So he had many opportunities to interact with people of various cultural backgrounds.

Besides his passion for architecture, Francis enjoys cycling, music, photography and watching musicals with his wife. Another important aspect in Francis’ life is his church, where he is actively involved. In fact, he currently serves as the treasurer. He also helps lead the worship music from time to time and finds time each and every day to read from his favorite book, The Bible.

Francis starts each day off with his own prescriptive beverage – an entire ground lemon mixed with warm water, and he’s also an avid tea drinker. Some of his favorites are Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Jasmin, Matcha and Oolong. When it comes to desserts, he can resist all kinds of sweet temptations, except for ice cream. Francis insists he’s never met a banana split he didn’t like!

He enjoys working at ENV because of its family-oriented culture. He takes pride in the quality of work that the company delivers consistently and the integrity that ENV upholds.

Kristina G. Musni
Project Director | Los Angeles, CA

Kristina enjoys the team chemistry among colleagues here at ENV as well as the constant output of creativity and innovation for clients. She is an actual Los Angeles native (yes, they exist) who bleeds Dodgers blue and Lakers purple.

Besides her hometown sports teams, her favorite thing about LA is the diversity of cuisines and the ever evolving restaurant landscape throughout the city.  Friends and colleagues alike know that Kristina is the person to ask when in need of a restaurant recommendation.

She’s also the best person to go to when trying to plan a night out.  A music aficionado and trained dancer, Kristina can point you to any number of venues, lounges, bars that LA has to offer.  When not out discovering new things in her beloved city, Kristina loves spending time with her family, reading novels and watching past seasons of all the best 90s TV shows. How YOU doin’?

Razvan Teodorescu
Project Designer | Los Angeles, CA

Razvan Teodorescu has always been fascinated by large cities. He’s always chosen to live in more urban areas where he can study not just the architecture, but also the culture and humanity. He grew up and went to school in Europe.

A naturally curious person, Razvan enjoys exploring new places and traveling. He’s a big fan of discovering what the outdoors has to offer. Yet he also likes the fast-paced sports of skiing and motorcycling.

In fact one of his favorite sports to follow is Moto GP. Razvan’s taste in music is quite eclectic, yet his taste in ice cream is one of the most classic ones – chocolate. And while he’s a fan of such television shows as Breaking Bad and Fargo, he’s just as likely to spend an evening with good food, wine and friends. Razvan doesn’t go to coffee shops for their coffee – he much prefers drinking tea.

Richard Korchien
Principal | Los Angeles, CA

A Korean War veteran, Richard was hired by ENV straight out of the service in 1955. Raised in New York, one of his first jobs was designing the facility for Sabena Belgian Air Lines at Idlewild Airport in NYC. (That airport was later renamed the John F. Kennedy Airport in 1963.)

Richard maintained residences in both New York and Los Angeles for decades, commuting back and forth between coasts. In fact, he only just recently sold his NY apartment. Since his daughters both married California men (and he now has four California grandchildren), it made more sense to stay in California full-time with his wife of 60 years.

He learned to snow ski in Vermont. But once he discovered the milder weather for skiing in Mammoth, CA, he was happy to leave the bitter cold slopes on the East Coast behind. When he was younger, Richard raced sailboats. Now he says it’s “better to have friends with boats.” In his spare time, Richard enjoys reading historical biographies.

Rodney Stone
President | Los Angeles, CA

Rodney received his architectural education at the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn… and on the streets of New York City. Since he was 15 he wanted to be an architect and over 50 years later, he still loves it.

Like his love for architecture, Rodney has a love for art. He has a small collection that is shown off at his quarterly cocktail parties. Art and connecting people… life can’t get much better than that.

In his spare time, Rodney enjoys being pampered with the full spa experience from steam rooms to facials to massages. Rodney describes himself as politically incorrect… most of the time! He says whatever is on his mind in meetings and people have come to expect hearing his unvarnished opinions.

If he had not gotten into architecture and workplace design, he’d probably be some other kind of artist. He feels fortunate to have found his dream career so early in his life, and that he still enjoys waking up every morning to the opportunity to meet new people and new challenges.

Rodney likes to say he designs SPACE for PEOPLE to RESPOND to.

Stephanie Boldon
Associate, Project Director | Los Angeles, CA

While she’s traveled the world to exotic places like Thailand, Israel and Croatia, Stephanie Boldon was born and raised right here in Southern California. And as a native Californian, Stephanie loves to stay physically active. You might find her hiking in Mammoth Lakes, or attending a fast-paced cardio class in the Valley with one of her two favorite teachers – the siblings of famed Tae Bo founder, Billy Blanks.

But Stephanie likes her quiet time too. She enjoys the mental stimulation of working crossword and Sudoku puzzles. Or she might cuddle with her cats, Cinnamon Toast and Finn while watching the Lakers. Stephanie admits her musical tastes have expanded from high school when she was into The Clash and The Ramones. (She even sported a colored Mohawk for a short period of time.)

But today she enjoys a different musical vibe, like the rock band Muse. Stephanie can be complicated – and a bit of a rebel when it comes to a serious subject though. Like ice cream. She goes for the unexpected flavor every time – Salted Carmel.
