Lee Kitchen by Susur Lee, located in Terminal 1 at Toronto Pearson International Airport, exudes Asian fusion not only in the culinary sense, but in the visual sense as well. Inspired by Chef Lee’s classical training and traditional upbringing, the design for this space combines Chinese tradition with modern elements.
