Bank of China’s new manager wanted to create a more open work environment. ENV started by demolishing the large enclosed reception, adding 2 glass meeting rooms with a more open reception which was visible from both sides of the office. We installed 34″ high panels, giving individuals their private space, while still allowing open communication amongst each of the teams. All had to be accomplished in five phases, Friday night through Sunday, with a limited budget.
