CTBC’s goal in the relocation of their bank branch was to re-brand their image and create a friendly, efficient branch in a smaller footprint. They sought a change from traditional bank teller lines to a universal desk where the client could have a sit down transaction with the staff.
The lounge seating by the TV and coffee bar, which includes a phone charging station, creates a comfortable environment for clients to relax and feel at ease to hang out and work on their tablets or laptops as one would in their local coffee house.
A semi-private office/conference room was included for more confidential conversations.
Historic photos of San Gabriel were displayed as art to connect with the community.
