Zeus Industrial, Inc.
ENV and Zeus Industrial, Inc. teamed up to create a state of the art modern manufacturing facility to handle the increasing demand for high performance fluoropolymer tubing. The new facility was designed and built with a high regard for sustainable principles and a mandate from Zeus to maintain the natural state of the property, which includes a pond, nature path, and indigenous landscape amongst other natural features.
This facility houses the manufacturing and distribution components on the first floor and the management and administration functions on the second floor.
The exterior shell of the building is constructed of precast concrete panels with a large glass entrance lobby. A cantilevered second floor conference room provides a dynamic entrance canopy for visitors and employees.
