High Street View
Located in Williamsburg, Virginia, High Street View is a large multi-family residential community close to the University of William & Mary and conveniently located to shopping and dining at High Street Center. ENV worked with Commonwealth Properties providing space planning, concept development, construction documentation and coordination, and FF&E selection and specification.
High Street View’s 233 apartments, in a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units are organized in several four and five-story buildings that create two outdoor courtyards, including a resort style swimming pool and spa with beautifully landscaped terraces and private covered cabanas.
The interior architecture, design and lighting all work together to create a sought-after ambiance of stylish modern that still has a refined quality. Each space builds on this with warmth from the fireplace mixed with warm and cool accents. High-quality unit finishes along with the property’s list of resort-style amenities attract and satisfy even the most scrupulous residents.
ENV designed more than ten high-end amenity spaces, including a two-story fitness center, two sophisticated clubrooms opening to an outdoor patio and a rooftop terrace, a wine bar with fireplace and wine storage, dog spa and park, and resident co-working lounge with a variety of workspaces, among others. A highly curated and rich color palette with a mix of metals and woods, paired with an eclectic mix of art and furniture, result in a comfortable yet dramatic environment.
