Wilshire Terrace is an upscale condominium complex in West Los Angeles built in the 1960s. The lobby was renovated using traditional elements mixed with a contemporary mid-century modern design, creating a warm and welcoming space. The existing wood paneling was refinished to refresh its appearance, while staying true to its original roots and design. Porcelain tile was used to create a stunning masterpiece on the floor, while complementing the original marble clad columns perfectly. The unique furniture and artwork throughout the space serves as a finishing touch and adds a pop of color.
