100 South 4th Street (Interiors)

100 South 4th Street is a residential project where the client wanted minimal construction in the common areas, but a fresh, new look for the units.

In the common spaces, ENV updated the paint scheme and selected new lighting to make the space bright and airy. All residential units received a fresh coat of paint from walls to ceilings, and the wood floors were refinished. The restrooms and kitchens were all upgraded with new fixtures, wall tiles, counter tops, and mill-work.
