Against the backdrop of Los Angeles’ Downtown revival and booming Arts District, the old Toy Warehouse at 255 South Santa Fe Avenue was reincarnated as a bold fusion of the traditional and the avant-garde sanctuary and storefront. Using unconventional methods and materials, ENV preserved the historic character of the building’s 1920’s exterior while enhancing quality of life for its upper-level loft residents, and stimulating productivity and creativity for its first floor Goth-inspired clothing design company.

The ottomans in the showroom were created by re-purposing some of the building's wooden beams and adding sheepskin for a finishing touch.

The new storefront was designed to reflect a historic image.
