Stephen joined ENV in the fall of 2014 and has over 30 plus years of experience working in the profession. Currently he is performing as Assistant Job Captain, producing contract documents for bidding and construction. Stephen is responsible for the production of contract documents, construction details, consultant coordination, shop drawing review and coordination.
