Bid Assistance

During this phase, we work with the contractors to clarify any construction and sequencing issues. We review pricing to compare and validate construction costs within the previously established project.

We will assist in securing bids from qualified general contractors, or assist in negotiations with the contractor of the base building for the construction work.

Bids will also be secured from qualified furnishing contractors for the purchase and installation of items of furniture and equipment according to our specifications.
